HAPPY HALLOWE'EN!

Ah - My favourite time of the year....
Sheepish business men with zombie faces order their lattes at Starbucks. Saucy secretary witches clickety clack down the street, brooms in hand. Little princesses cast spells with shimmering wands, and boys with skull masks attack trees with plastic swords.

Remember how upset you were when your mom made you put your winter coat over your super-wicked-awesome costume?

Remember the year people at the door started to say "aren't you a bit old for this?" What a frickin' tragedy

What I wouldn't give to morph into a kid just for one more night of mad bumblebee-like zigzagging from one house to the next - hopped up on candy and fantasy....

Oh to fall asleep with a stomach ache brought on by too much saccharine indulgence, just ONE more time!

It seems to be the only day of the year that the crazy's get to come out of the woodwork. You know the ones..the guy who gets to hide a the corner of his house with a chainsaw and chase the kids away from his yard...yep Halloween is the only day that little trick is going to fly!...Try it on September 13th and watch the cop cars swarm!..

Branden and I are opting for a quiet night in...He dressed as Jack Sparrow, I dressed as a waitress on her day off..Half the kit-kats are gondo, and we haven't even opened the door yet...:)
LOVE YOU!
HAPPY BIRTHDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
